Personal Training refers to the physical and if necessary in addition also mental fitness training in the context of a personal and individual care of individual clients by one coach. This 1: 1 care is different from training in groups. Nevertheless, many personal trainers also look after small groups, such as employees of a company or a group.
This intensive form of fitness training is often used by:
- people who are hard on the job and who can only spend a little time training and who want to make optimal use of the time available through tailor-made exercise programs.
- Niche target groups, such as children or seniors, who need tailored training that takes into account their own options as well as possible complaints and previous illnesses.
- Celebrities who do not want to work out in a gym.
- People who have not achieved their goals in gyms and with diets and need motivation, as well as control of training by a coach
