My name is Christine Horn,
I'm delighted to welcome you to my physical therapy clinic. My team and I will give you a functional diagnosis, explaining the problem clearly and putting you on the best possible road to recovery.
When you come to your first appointment, it will help us if you bring with you all of your medical records and the results of any tests you've had done.
In order to provide even more patient-centred and efficient treatment, we use a state-of-the-art and locally developed practice management software called "Physina" (www.physina.it) to provide services to and for patients even more easily, quickly and digitally. This allows us to offer you online appointment booking and automatic appointment reminders via SMS/email, the initial recording of your patient data by reading the health/identity card and the obtaining of data protection consent by means of a paperless digital signature.
Our spacious, well-lit clinic is located centrally, directly on Brunnenplatz above Meran, on the first floor of the Sparkasse Bank building. There are a parking garage located just below the structure.
I care deeply about my patients health and well-being. So it´s always my aim to utlize my know-how to the fullest, with an open ear - and an open heart.
